Adam Secore
Merchants Fleet Management has expanded its senior leadership team by promoting Adam Secore to vice president of fleet operations and Jack Firriolo to vice president of fleet credit, the Hooksett, N.H.-based fleet management company announced. In the past year, Merchants has seen a 35% increase in leased or managed units.
Secore, a 12-year veteran of the company, leaves his role as general manager of Merchants Automotive Group, where he spent six years doubling the size of the business unit. Miro Radujkovic will take over Secore's former role. Radujkovic served as sales manager with Merchants Automotive Group from March of 2014 to June of 2015. Since departing the role, he has served as director of Right Direction Financial Services Holdings LLC, an automotive finance company based in Hooksett.

Jacl Firriolo
Firriolo, a seven-year employee, leaves his role as chief operating officer to focus on the company's diverse fleet accounts and ensure that they have "strong overall credit quality," according to the company. He also serves as an advisory board member for Mirada Pharmaceuticals since 2014, a co-owner and board member of Healthsettings Leasing since 2010, and president and chief executive of Clover Consulting since 2009. He was president and chief executive of Philips Medical Capital from 2005 to 2009.
The fleet management company isn't naming a direct successor to Firriolo, and instead will diversify the role over multiple individuals.
