Merchants Fleet has earned two top-workplace awards, including Best Companies to Work For Hall of Fame and Boston's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For, the Hooksett, N.H.-based company announced.
The fleet management company has been in growth mode this year, and recently moved into a new headquarters in Hooksett last week. Merchants Fleet has been hiring new staff and, earlier this year, announced a new brand. Following a restructing of its executive ranks in 2018, the company hired an innovation director among other new hires. The company also won plaudits for its INNOV8 program that helps employees think and act differently in their jobs.
"Giving our employees the tools and benefits they need to be at their best, both inside and outside of work, is critical to attracting and retaining top talent," said Alicia Hart, VP of human resources. "We're proud to offer programs like peer recognition, employee awards, mentorship programs, scholarships and tuition reimbursement, on-site amenities, discounts, employee appreciation week, and more."
Merchants earned its spot in the Best Company to Work For Hall of Fame by achieving a ranking on the list for the fifth year in a row.
