Manheim has named four new general managers at four locations, including businesses in Florida, Minnesota, and Cincinnati.
Butch Herdegen III has been named the new general manager of the Minnesota Market Center, which includes Manheim Minneapolis and Manheim Northstar Minnesota.
Herdegen III started his Manheim career in 2009 as a dealer services manager before moving to Go Auto Exchange as general manager in 2014. He returned to Manheim in 2016 to serve as general manager of the Manheim Daytona-Jacksonville Market Center and has led the team to steadily increased revenue.
Also, Joey Satfield has been selected to take on the general manager role for the Manheim Daytona-Jacksonville Market Center. Satfield started his Manheim career in 2013 as a field services representative and has grown into a strategic leader, Manheim said.
He progressed through leadership roles including dealer sales management and assistant general manager at Manheim Kansas City before stepping into his previous role as Manheim Ft. Myers general manager in 2017.
Meanwhile, Syndiee Volentine has been promoted to general manager at Manheim Fort Myers. Volentine started her Manheim career in 1998 as a controller and was promoted to market controller in 2011, having responsibility for two markets with five Manheim locations.
After being appointed as assistant general manager at Manheim Nevada in 2015, Volentine led the development and rollout of a variety of reconditioning services. She also served as the site’s Lean Daily Management champion and Actively Care Today (ACT) Collaboration team to enhance safety at Manheim locations.
After serving as Manheim Cincinnati’s auction manager, Melissa Roach has been promoted to general manager at that location. In her new role, Roach will continue to drive efficiencies and team member engagement, partner with clients to increase service levels and develop a retail reconditioning strategy.
Roach joined Manheim in 1994 in Manheim Pittsburgh’s Marketing department. She was appointed dealer services manager in 2001, managing various client facing departments. In 2015, she was promoted to assistant general manager at Manheim Detroit, then taking the auction manager role at Manheim Cincinnati in 2019.
