ROLLING MEADOWS, IL – LeasePlan USA, the premium service provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions, has been named one of “Chicago’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) for the fifth consecutive year.
The awards honor companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. According to the NABR, these are companies that work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies, and best practices in human resource management. The company was chosen based on anonymous and random employee surveys and data collected by an independent market research firm.
LeasePlan attained this designation because of its commitment to employees and expertise in human resource management. Some of the many things that set LeasePlan apart were the expansion of its health and wellness program, employees living LeasePlan’s values every day, increasing involvement in community service and continuing to focus on the development of employees.
“I am extremely impressed with what our LeasePlan team continues to accomplish. Our employees were instrumental in achieving record-high client satisfaction and loyalty ratings last year that continue to drive our retention and growth numbers,” said Michael Pitcher, president and CEO.
