ALPHARETTA, GA - LeasePlan USA is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Casey to national vice president, client relations. Casey was selected for this role because of his successful portfolio management, and his disciplined and pragmatic approach that will continue to enhance the company's current premium service delivery.
In this new position, Casey will continue to be an individual contributor for his strategic account assignments as well as take on a new team manager responsibility. Casey will work with LeasePlan's client relations team in order to continue implementing strategic best practices and cost-saving initiatives for all clients. Casey will also collaborate with the team to evaluate each client's fleet to identify additional opportunities for improvement.

Casey, an industry veteran of more than 20 years, has helped deliver millions of dollars in cost savings to clients through consultative recommendations. For example, Casey worked with a 2,400-vehicle fleet, and through lifecycle cost analysis, assisted with the move to four-cylinder vehicles that delivered a $3 million annual reduction in fuel spend and significantly cut greenhouse gas emissions.
"During his six-plus years in the client relations role with LeasePlan, Tom has consistently demonstrated the expertise, passion and commitment essential to this role that has earned him the respect of his clients as well as his peers. He has the unique ability to deliver the high-touch service to his clients that is irreplaceable by technology. He is the epitome of what a strategic consultant should be," said Bryan Steele, senior vice president, client relations.
As part of the client relations team, Casey's efforts have had a direct impact on LeasePlan's record-high client satisfaction, loyalty and retention rates. For example, he was instrumental in the implementation of LeasePlan's Partnership Development Plan, a consistent and disciplined approach to the way LeasePlan serves clients. This methodology is utilized to provide a documented understanding of clients' initiatives in order to deliver the service needed for them to reach their goals.
"Tom brings a wealth of industry experience to this role that will make it 'easier to leaseplan' for clients as well as his team. He has worked with many unique fleets across different industries that have exposed him to diverse fleet management styles. He will be able to draw upon the best of these experiences to ensure that all LeasePlan clients receive the premium level of support and service that they have grown accustomed to from LeasePlan," said Steele.
LeasePlan USA is a subsidiary of LeasePlan Corp. N.V., the world leading provider of fleet management services.
