Dawn Devonshire-McAleer has joined LeasePlan USA as strategic account sales vice president for client relations to accommodate a surge of new accounts acquired this year, according to the fleet management company.
Devonshire-McAleer brings more than 10 years of professional fleet management experience from her previous role in LeasePlanUK. She also brings innovative consulting solutions she is excited to share with her new client portfolio, according to LeasePlan.

“Dawn’s valuable global expertise and thought leadership will, without a doubt, bring a fresh approach to her clients in the U.S.,” said Bryan Steele, senior vice president of client relations.
In her new role, Devonshire-McAleer will be responsible for key accounts where she will deliver strategic value and work in partnership with clients to identify areas of greater fleet efficiencies and cost savings.
In November, LeasePlan reached a milestone of 1.5 million vehicles managed around the globe.
