Fleet management provider LeasePlan USA made the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s 2016 Top Workplaces list for the sixth consecutive year, the fleet management company announced.

The Top Workplaces list is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection.

"The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it's all about fancy perks and benefits," said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. LeasePlan USA's focus on employee health, engagement and satisfaction is shown through initiatives like HealthyU — LeasePlan's employee-run wellness committee — and quarterly town halls, as well as the company's everyday culture.
