ALPHARETTA, GA – LeasePlan USA, the premium service provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions, is pleased to announce that it has been named one of “Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the National Association of Business Resources. In addition, LeasePlan was honored as one of three Elite winners at the Awards Ceremony on June 20.

The award, in its inaugural year in Atlanta, honors companies that are focused on offering quality human resources initiatives. Elite winners are selected based on their high scores in the categories of Communication, Community Initiatives, Compensation and Benefits, Diversity and Multiculturalism, Employee Education and Development, Employee Engagement and Commitment, Recognition and Retention, Recruitment and Selection and Work-Life Balance. Each company’s entry was evaluated by an independent research firm and is assessed by reviewing a number of key measures in each category.

“LeasePlan is proud of our commitment to each and every one of our employees. They are truly engaged in the company, which has directly contributed to LeasePlan’s success. By living our values – passion, expertise, respect, commitment – on a daily basis, our employees deliver the high-touch, premium service that impacts our client satisfaction and loyalty scores,” said Mary Christy, senior vice president, human resources.

This award is just one of many “Best Place to Work” awards that LeasePlan has been honored with recently. The company also earned the distinction of the #1 Workplace in Atlanta by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, named a Best Place to Work by Crain’s Chicago Business, ranked one of Atlanta’s Best Places to Work for 2010 by Atlanta Business Chronicle and named one of Chicago’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For by the National Association of Business Resources every year since 2007.

“These honors validate what our employees have been telling us annually through our employee engagement survey, conducted by an independent research firm. I could not be more proud of our LeasePlan team for this well-deserved recognition,” added Christy.
