LeasePlan USA Expands Sales Team
Vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions provider LeasePlan USA made recent additions to its sales team. Joining the team is Bob Barna, sales vice president of strategic accounts, and Steve Arkon, sales vice president of national accounts.
Vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions provider LeasePlan USA made recent additions to its sales team. Joining the team is Bob Barna, sales vice president of strategic accounts, and Steve Arkon, sales vice president of national accounts. Barna and Arkon are tasked with the responsibility of generating new business relationships for LeasePlan while delivering on the brand promise of "it's easier to leaseplan,” according to the company.
Barna brings a diverse background of problem solving and solution selling to his role of developing new relationships for LeasePlan. Prior to joining LeasePlan, he worked as the vice president of sales and marketing for one of the top steel distribution companies in North America. As the VP of sales and marketing, Barna focused his sales team on specialized service delivery and consultative solutions to meet the client’s unique needs. He worked closely with clients to uncover their short- and long-term goals, and worked with their clients to find a solution that had ownership and accountability to help reach their overall goal.
Arkon brings with him 20-plus years of professional fleet management sales experience to LeasePlan. He previously worked as director, strategic sales with Comdata before joining LeasePlan. Over Arkon’s 20-plus years in sales and management, he created and coached top performing sales teams in multiple markets adding hundreds of accounts and thousands of vehicles onto fleet management services, according to LeasePlan.
