ALPHARETTA, GA – LeasePlan USA has appointed Jim Coates to the position of regional vice president, client relations, Midwest. The company said Coates will be responsible for providing clients with strategic consultation to help them better manage their fleet while achieving their overall business goals. Coates has been with LeasePlan USA as an account manager in the client services team since 2008, according to the company.
“LeasePlan’s continued run of business success over the past few years has put us in the fortunate position of having to yet again expand our client relations team in order to continue delivering the high-touch service our customers have come to expect. Jim earned this promotion because of his exceptional work at LeasePlan and his invaluable industry experience in management at Enterprise,” said Bryan Steele, senior vice president, client relations.
LeasePlan USA said Coates provided internal management to a group of clients with a combined fleet size of more than 9,000 units and that he was an integral part of a client services team that achieved consistently high client satisfaction and loyalty scores. The company added that Coates was instrumental in the development of LeasePlan’s Executive Summary, a tool for its clients.
“Jim is an excellent example of LeasePlan’s position as being driven by the best employees in the industry. His analytical approach to cost reduction strategies will be a great benefit to his clients,” said Steele.
