LeasePlan USA has been selected as one of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces for 2015, according to the fleet management company.

LeasePlan has created a solid foundation for its employees where support, respect and an open door policy are a few factors that contribute to happy and successful employees. Employee engagement and growth are primary focuses for this fleet management provider, according to LeasePlan.

LeasePlan created an employee engagement committee and creates opportunities for flexibility and support from each manager tp allow employees to have a life outside of work, according to the company. LeasePlan recently adopted new training opportunities. One new program, called Insight, takes a group of employees and prepares them for future leadership roles.

"It's clear to me that LeasePlan is committed to investing in its employees and its future," said Corinne Ryan, client activation analyst. "And the Insight Program is a prime example. I'm excited to be part of the inaugural class and have this amazing development opportunity. So far, I've experienced a fusion of 360 feedback, mentorship, training, team projects and hands-on learning that will undoubtedly help further my career and leadership skills."

The Top Workplaces are determined based on employee feedback with an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, which conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners. Over the past year, more than 5,000 organizations and one of 88 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what's on the minds of their employees.

"I am both excited and honored to be recognized on the 2015 Top Workplaces list for the fifth consecutive year," said Mike Pitcher, president and CEO of LeasePlan USA. "Our employees are a top priority at LeasePlan. By providing the right tools for development and keeping engagement high, we'll continue to deliver on our promise of making it easier to leaseplan."

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published the complete list of Top Workplaces on March 22. For more information about WorkplaceDynamics, visit their website here.
