LeasePlan Promotes One, Hires Two for Client Acquisition
LeasePlan USA has expanded its client acquisition sales team by promoting Joseph Danca to national sales vice president and hiring two new members to the sales staff, the fleet management company announced.
LeasePlan USA has expanded its client acquisition sales team by promoting Joseph Danca to national sales vice president and hiring two new members to the sales staff, the fleet management company announced.
Danca moves into a newly created role. He reports to Brian Barber, senior vice president of sales. LeasePlan has hired Bill Bauza and Tina Massey (Orwick).
Bauza will serve as vice president of sales for national accounts in the Great Lakes region. In this role, he will use his 32 years of professional sales experience to deliver consultative service. Bauza's professional experience includes extensive sales, management, marketing and training roles for the global healthcare industry and most recently for a national financial services and software development company as the vice president of sales and marketing for North America.
As vice president sales of strategic accounts, Tina Massey (Orwick) will be focused on new client acquisitions for strategic accounts. Tina brings 25-plus years of professional, fleet management and OEM experience with her to deliver high touch service to LeasePlan's already growing portfolio of customers. She has held various client-facing roles in the fleet industry. In addition, Tina participates in AFLA, NAFA, NTEA and ISM.
