LeasePlan Hires Operations, HR VPs
LeasePlan USA has hired two vice presidents over operations and human resources, as the fleet management company expands its executive leadership team.

LeasePlan USA has hired two vice presidents over operations and human resources, as the fleet management company expands its executive leadership team.
Debbie Conrad Boyce will serve as executive vice president of operations, while Alanna Mahone will join the company as senior vice president of human resources. They will be based at the fleet management company's Alpharetta, Ga. headquarters.
Boyce will be responsible for operational excellence and assuring a positive client experience. She joins LeasePlan after 30 years with Cox Automotive, where she held several positions with responsibility for strategy, increasing revenue, and boosting client loyalty.
Mahone is responsible for overseeing development of company talent, culture, and leadership. She will also lead recruiting, compensation, compliance, and employee relations. She brings more than 20 years of experience to LeasePlan, most recently with Mansfield Oil Company where she also led the human resources function.
