JLG Industries, Inc. is expanding the JLG Certified Pre-Owned Equipment program. In addition to ES Series scissor lifts and diesel booms, the industry’s first certified pre-owned equipment program now includes the following electric articulating boom lifts: E300AJ, E300AJP, E400AJPN, and E450AJ.

Launched in 2016, the JLG Certified Pre-Owned Equipment program includes:

  • A multipoint inspection that assures a unit is ready for use.

  • Updated safety bulletins.

  • An annual inspection (if applicable).

  • Updates and repairs that can add four to six years to equipment’s useful life.

  • A two-year parts and labor warranty and a three-year engine warranty on Deutz engines in diesel boom lifts.

“The JLG Certified Pre-Owned Equipment program is far more than an equipment check, tire replacement and paint job,” said Chris Mellott, vice president, sales—North America at JLG Industries, Inc. “We offer our customers factory-certified products from a brand they trust and with a warranty they can rely on. This program, along with our stock and customer reconditioning programs, equips JLG customers with options that ensure a cost-effective way to update their fleets through blended acquisition costs.”

Mellott joins other members of the JLG Certified Pre-Owned Equipment team at booth #4413 during The Rental Show 2018 to answer questions about the expanded program.
