Gibson Joins AmeriFleet Transportation
ALPHARETTA, GA - Steve Gibson, previous director of fleet administration at ServiceMaster, has joined AmeriFleet Transportation as vice president, sales & marketing.

ALPHARETTA, GA - Steve Gibson, previous director of fleet administration at ServiceMaster, has joined AmeriFleet Transportation as vice president, sales & marketing. AmeriFleet provides total logistics solutions and transportation services to the fleet management and corporate fleet industry.
Gibson brings to AmeriFleet an extensive background in fleet operations. As director of fleet administration at ServiceMaster, Gibson oversaw management of more than 20,000 vehicles and trailers. His responsibilities included legalization, DOT compliance, logistics, inventory and title management, remarketing and fleet operations for Terminix, TruGreen LawnCare, and TruGreen LandCare. Gibson's background also includes the position of regional sales manager at Wheels, Inc. where he managed the order-to-delivery process of more than 3,000 vehicles annually. He began his career in the fleet industry as financial solutions manager with GE Capital Fleet Services.

Gibson earned an undergraduate degree from Georgia Southern University and is nearing completion of a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Memphis. Gibson resides in Memphis with his family and will be based in AmeriFleet's Memphis office. He has attained Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) accreditation and is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
