Former Element Fleet Executive Joins RepairSmith’s Fleet Team
Element Fleet Management’s former executive VP of mid market Sales has joined mobile auto repair service company, RepairSmith, who will focus on expanding the company's fleet business.
Element Fleet Management’s former Executive VP of Mid Market Sales Tom Peterson has joined mobile auto repair service company, RepairSmith, who will focus on expanding the company's fleet business.
Peterson joins RepairSmith as senior vice president of fleet. Peterson brings nearly 20 years of industry experience from Element Fleet Management and with GE Capital Fleet Services, and he has held executive-level commercial leadership roles at both companies which were focused on driving client retention and new business growth.

Prior to his role as EVP of mid market sales at Element, he served as vice president of consulting and data analytics, as well as managing director - sales and strategic consulting. During his career in fleet, he was awarded National Salesperson of the Year and several other national awards, according to the company.

RepairSmith delivers repair and scheduled maintenance on-location for fleet owners to maximize vehicle utilization and consolidate costs, the company said.
