Ford Pro continues to evolve its intelligence platform, delivering new features designed to boost fleet uptime, efficiency and insight.

Vehicle Sleep State Event (Ford Pro Data Services)

A new Sleep State Change Event is now available with a Ford Pro Data Services subscription. This event notifies fleet operators when a vehicle enters or exits sleep state — a battery preservation mode that disables data updates and command execution. The event also includes a reason code for context. The vehicle will resume connectivity upon engine start or movement.

  • Speeding

  • Harsh acceleration

  • Harsh braking

  • Harsh cornering

  • Seatbelt unbuckled while driving

  • Excessive idling

Charger Visibility in Ford Pro Telematics Drive App

Ford Pro Charging customers in the U.S. and Canada can now view fleet depot and home chargers within the Drive App’s Live Map. This includes charger locations, port availability, charger details and real-time charging status.
