NORCROSS, GA - FleetCor Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of fuel cards and specialized payment products to businesses, announced that it has signed an agreement with PHH Arval to provide a new universal fuel card program to their customers across North America. PHH Arval will now offer a new corporate universal PHH MasterCard, powered by Comdata.

PHH Arval provides outsourced fleet services to nearly one-third of the Fortune 500 companies.

"We are delighted to announce this new relationship with PHH Arval. We hope to provide an advantaged fuel card solution for PHH Arval's customers that will ultimately lead to additional business for FleetCor in this very important fleet leasing market segment," said Ron Clarke, Chairman and CEO of FleetCor.

“The PHH MasterCard is unlike any other fleet program in the Canadian market today,” said Jim Halliday, President PHH Canada. “As a leader in fleet management solutions, PHH is always looking for opportunities such as this to provide our clients the best solutions to manage costs and reduce purchase fraud.”

The new fleet program will be available for PHH Arval clients in Canada and deliver a comprehensive North American fuel program for PHH Arval heavy truck fleets, as well as enhanced coverage in Puerto Rico.

With the new card, managers can specifically design a program for their company, which includes many fraud prevention and cost reduction features. For example:
