Insight from JC Global Fleet Consulting stems Dmochowsky’s years of experience serving as Mondelēz International’s senior global fleet manager. The consultancy group will offer services to global fleet managers and other key fleet stakeholders, including those working in fleet safety and telematics, and fleet management companies.
“Over the past five years, I have gone through two global RFPs, and have gained many insights and experienced different cultures and ways of working that these key learning would benefit anyone who is going to a global fleet strategy,” he said. “It’s offered to everyone because we touch everything in the journey of global fleet management.”
Dmochowsky retired from his senior global fleet manager position at Mondelēz International in April 2020 after a 36-year career with the company and Kraft Food Group, from which Mondelēz was spun off in October 2012. During his almost four-decade career, Dmochowsky served 19 years in fleet management at both Kraft and Mondelēz.
Some of his career highlights include being named Automotive Fleet’s 2017 Fleet Manager of the Year. He was also nominated for the Fleet Hall of Fame in 2019 and 2020, which was created by Automotive Fleet magazine that is exclusively sponsored by the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA).
Other highlights include his taking home the 2019 European Safety Fleet Manager of the Year Award at the Fleet Europe Summit in Estoril, Portugal, and where he was also named a runner-up in the 2019 Global Fleet Manager of the Year category. This was the first time an American fleet manager won an award at the Fleet Europe Summit.
