Fleet Response announced has named Ryan Briceland as claims manager.

Fleet Response announced has named Ryan Briceland as claims manager.
His responsibilities include oversight of multiple claims teams within the claims department. Briceland's focus will be on providing an exceptional client experience, looking for ways to improve processes, and representative engagement to enhance our culture and workflow.
When asked what he is most excited about working at Fleet Response, he answered: “Learning a new facet of the industry and working in family environment like we have here at Fleet Response.”
Prior to joining Fleet Response, Briceland spent 20 years with Progressive Insurance, where he held multiple roles within sales, subrogation, and field claims.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Ryan to our team,” said Roger Cervenka, VP of client services for Fleet Response. “Ryan’s insurance background provides a huge asset to Fleet Response and we are looking forward to continued growth and success in our client services.”
