Fleet Response Names Client Services Director
Fleet Response has named Roger Cervenka director of client services. Dan Santora, formerly manager of client services, has accepted a new role as manager of client engagement.

Fleet Response has named Roger Cervenka director of client services. Dan Santora, formerly manager of client services, has accepted a new role as manager of client engagement.
Cervenka's responsibilities include oversight of the day-to-day operations and personnel of Fleet Response's Client Services Department. With the recent addition of a Client Engagement Department, Roger will be able to focus on increasing the effectiveness of our standard and customized client specific operating procedures within the call center, claims, adjusters/maintenance, subrogation, and salvage, according to the company.
Prior to joining Fleet Response, Cervenka spent 14 years with Progressive Insurance, where he held numerous leadership roles within subrogation, salvage, and field claims.

Santora
As manager of client engagement, a newly developed role at Fleet Response, Santora's focus will be on producing additional valuable deliverables to existing Fleet Response clients. His responsibilities include coordinating service calls, assisting with client reporting needs, leading the rollout of new clients, and executing custom client processes and requests.
Santora joined Fleet Response in 2007 and prior to stepping into the manager of client engagement role he served as the manager of client services. Before joining Fleet Response, Dan worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group where he gained extensive experience handling large exposure cases including fatalities, serious injuries and significant coverage issues.
