Fleet Response hosted its annual client advisory board meeting earlier this year, where the claims management service provider discussed its technology updates and service offerings with its fleet customers, according to the company.

The meeting, which was in Naples, Florida, included two days of demonstrations and small group sessions. The company showed its Fleet Response Mobile app, and the Cleveland-based company hosted discussions of its expanded service offerings for third-party claims management and ways to handle claims typically handled by third-party administrators (TPAs).

"Fleet Response is always excited to spend time with our board members," said Allison Lanzilotta, executive vice president. "The event provides our guests with the opportunity to network with their peers and provide industry insight to Fleet Response."

The 2019 Client Advisory Board Meeting attendees included Lee Miller of Boehringer-Ingelheim; Rich Baeza of Honda; Jeff Hitzke of LabCorp; Keith Scolan of ITW; Frank Ciurlino of Bimbo Bakeries USA; Jim Hessburg of Confie, Scott Swisher of ARS; Banny Allison of AmeriPride; Bret Watson of Sprint; Lisa Bauer of T-Mobile; Jim Bigelow of Cox Enterprises; and Mark Leuenberger of Cox Enterprises.

Fleet Response attendees included Lanzilotta, Scott Mawaka, Jeff Fender, Jeffrey Bonchek, Roger Cervenka, Mark Genger, Mike McGowan, and Jodie Varner.
