In the latest State of the Fleet Industry Spotlight video industry veteran John Dmochowsky, co-founder of JC Global Fleet Consulting, was interviewed by Automotive Fleet Editor Mike Antich to discuss how fleet managers can excel in the industry.

Topics covered in the video includes what fleet managers can do to raise their exposure and stature with senior management; how fleet managers can work more collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives; and the importance of drivers knowing who their fleet managers are.

Dmochowsky also shared lessons learned through his years of industry experience. He retired from his senior global fleet manager position at Mondelēz International in April 2020, and was the winner of the 2017 Fleet Manager of the Year award and runner up for the 2019 Global Fleet Manager of the Year award.
