The Fleet Forward Conference (FFC) announces its 2025 Call for Papers under the theme “Fleet Leadership in a Year of Uncertainty." Industry experts, fleet leaders, and solution providers are invited to submit session proposals and speaker nominations.

“With new tariff policies shaking up global trade, pricing volatility, and regulatory ambiguity around electrification and sustainability, the fleet industry faces a year of sweeping uncertainty,” said Chris Brown, conference chair. “Our focus is to deliver the tools and strategies fleets need to lead amid global disruption.”

Hosted once again on the waterfront at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, Oct. 21-23, FFC features:

• Expert-led, future-focused seminars and keynotes
• A hands-on Ride & Drive showcasing the latest technologies
• An expo hall that attracts both cutting-edge startups and established industry leaders
• Unparalleled networking with U.S. and global decision-makers, tech pioneers, and strategic partners

Aligning Under the FFC Umbrella

Moving forward, the event aligns the three previous conferences — Global Fleet Conference, Fleet Safety Conference, and Fleet Forward Conference — under one comprehensive and future-focused platform.

“We’ve unified our audience under Fleet Forward, but we’re not abandoning our core fleet safety and global audiences,” Brown added. “We’re curating deeper conversations, more diverse voices, and future-focused insights in ways Fleet Forward has for years. We’re evolving away from silos to reflect how fleets operate today across functions and borders.
