Enterprise Holdings plans to hire thousands of college-educated, career-oriented men and women in the coming year. The company will hire nearly 8,500 college graduates into its Enterprise Rent-A-Car management training program and more than 1,500 management interns, the company announced.
Enterprise Holdings, through its regional subsidiaries, operates the largest fleet of vehicles in the world through a global network of more than 8,200 airport and neighborhood locations under the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car brands.
In addition, other full-time time opportunities such as positions in information technology, accounting, administration and support roles, are also available through the company at both regional offices and at the corporate offices in St. Louis, Mo. Overall, Enterprise Holdings will hire more than 11,000 full-time employees this year, including its 8,500 new management trainees.
Enterprise's promote-from-within culture is the major driver behind its need to recruit thousands of new employees annually. Last year alone, nearly 11,000 individuals were promoted or took on new challenges in various positions throughout the company, contributing to new opportunities for recently hired management trainees, and a need to add even more.
From day one, both the management training and management internship programs feature hands-on experiences that teach employees and interns how to run a business, empower teams and provide excellent face-to-face customer service.
Other hallmarks of the programs include extensive training in a wide range of business skills, including profit and loss management, business-to-business marketing and sales, and logistics planning. For more information about career opportunities at Enterprise, visit the website.
