Element Fleet Management has received a Supplier Excellence Award from Diebold, Inc., through its Supplier Summit global awards program. Element has been providing fleet management solutions to Diebold for 36 years, and the relationship spans both the U.S. and Canada.
"Diebold's Supplier Certification Award Program is world-class in its analysis and recognition of supplier excellence, so to receive this award six consecutive years is an honor and privilege," said Jim Halliday, Element Fleet's president and chief executive. "Our goal as a company is to ensure our clients' fleets help drive business success, and we're proud that our strategic consulting and innovative ideas delivered results throughout the Diebold fleet and increased driver productivity."
Halliday added that the recognition is a true testament to the proactive, solution-oriented service that the 1,450 Element Fleet employees provide to clients every day.
Each year Diebold, a global leader in providing innovative financial self-service, security, software and service solutions to financial, commercial, retail and other markets, honors suppliers who achieve excellence in its Supplier Certification award program.
Criteria for performance measurement include quality, delivery, cost reduction, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, cost competitiveness, continuous improvement and overall business relationship. Quarterly results are combined to determine the overall score for the year.
