Element Fleet Management has appointed John Wall to senior vice president and chief technology officer, where he will be responsible for the vision and strategy behind Element's technology direction and innovation.

Prior to joining Element, Wall served as senior vice president and chief technology officer of Symcor, one of Canada's leading financial processing services providers. He transformed the organization from legacy platforms to secure, cloud-based solutions, providing customers with reliable and scalable solutions for both analytics and transactional services.

Before his role at Symcor, he held positions in the healthcare and financial services industries, earning seven patents during this time.

Wall will lead Element Fleet Management's strategic direction for the future of connected vehicles, predictive analytics and management of assets and driver behavior for improved results.
