Element Financial Corp. has bolstered its fleet truck sales efforts with eight new hires and promotions that include elevating Brad Hewitt to vice president of national accounts, the company announced.

Element Financial Corp. has bolstered its fleet truck sales efforts with eight new hires and promotions that include elevating Brad Hewitt to vice president of national accounts, the company announced.
Four new hires include Don Davis as regional vice president for Southwest truck sales, Jeff Holtshopple as regional vice president for West truck sales, Larry Galasso as regional vice president of Northeast truck sales, and Don Bailey as residual value manager.
Davis arrives with 25 years of experience with UPS, Penske and Ryder. He will be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Holtshopple arrives with experience with Capital One Equipment Finance and Citizens Business Bank. Galasso arrives from Ryder. Bailey comes from Penske.
Element has also named Naeem Morris regional vice president of Midwest truck sales and Steve Byrd, CTP, as manager of truck services. Morris comes from GE Capital Fleet where he managed high profile clients. Byrd promotes from within Element.
Element has also named Paola Bennett as manager of business development. Bennett promotes from Element, where she will support the growth and maintenance of key accounts.
