Donlen has been selected to the 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 list in the Leader category for the 11th time by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the fleet management company has announced.
"It is an honor to be part of this exclusive list of the world's most successful outsourcing providers for the 11th time," said Jeff Lucas, senior vice president of customer experience and contact center operations. "We support each and every one of our customers' fleets so they can focus on running their business. Outsourcing of their fleet is vital to run their operations."

Judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by a panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations.
The 2017 Global Outsourcing 100 and The World's Best Outsourcing Advisors recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers and advisors.
"Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional," said Debi Hamill, IAOP's CEO.
