Donlen has been named to the 2019 Global Outsourcing 100 list for the 13th year in a row by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, the fleet management company announced.

"The fact that Donlen has been named one of the world’s most impactful outsourcing providers for the 13^th time speaks volumes about our ability to deliver outstanding customer service," said Jim Wohlever, Donlen's vice president, sales and client relations. To be considered for the list, companies submit customer testimonials that show financial and operational improvements as a result of using their outsourcing program. Those companies are then independently reviewed by a selection board, which is made up of association customer members with years of experience finding and working with outsourcing service providers or advisors for their respective organizations.
