NORTHBROOK, IL - Donlen Corporation, North America's fastest growing fleet leasing and management company, announced that for the second year in a row it has been named to Crain's Chicago Business 20 Best Places to Work in Chicago 2010.

Recognized for their focus on communication, Donlen implemented several new initiatives this year. In addition to their regular semi-annual all-employee meetings to update progress on company goals, quarterly town hall meetings were started to better facilitate open dialogue between senior leadership and employees. Another significant addition is a new forum for employees to anonymously provide feedback or ask questions of leadership via their company intranet. Donlen also had a record number of promotions from within the company this year. In combination, these have helped to keep morale high and foster a culture that embraces transparency during an uncertain economic environment.

"We are so proud of this acknowledgement from Crain's," said Gary Rappeport, Donlen Chief Executive Officer. "Key to our core philosophy is that employee satisfaction directly leads to increased customer satisfaction and retention, which is our number one priority."

In other news, Donlen was also recently named to the 2010 Companies That Care Honor Roll. The Honor Roll acknowledges companies nationwide that are committed to their employees and to community service. Companies are judged on ten characteristics, including fostering a respectful work environment, cultivating full potential of employees, and involvement in community endeavors.

"To be named to the Companies That Care Honor Roll is a significant achievement for Donlen," said Rappeport. "It's important that we give back to the communities where we work and live, and we know that this is an essential part of the overall Donlen employee experience."
