Donlen Named One of Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For
NORTHBROOK, IL — Donlen has been named as the Elite Winner, Work-Life Balance category, in the annual "Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" awards competition.
NORTHBROOK, IL— Donlen, the fleet industry's most comprehensive and integrated provider of financing and asset management solutions, has been named as the Elite Winner, Work-Life Balance category, in the annual “Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" awards competition.
This is the sixth year in a row that the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) has named Donlen to the Best and Brightest list, and the first time to the Elite Winner List.
Elite Chicago companies represent the best practices in human resources programs, and winners are selected based on their overall high scores. Companies on the Elite Winner list appreciate the true value of one's employees and the contributions they make toward a successful company.
“We work hard to ensure that everyone at Donlen has opportunity for growth, both personally and professionally. To be recognized as an Elite Winner for something that is part of our culture is extremely satisfying,” said Tom Callahan, Donlen COO. “We’re so proud of the hard work that our employees do every day for our customers, and we look for ways to recognize and acknowledge them. By offering ways to help them achieve goals, we ensure our continued success.”
