NORTHBROOK, IL - Donlen, North America’s fastest growing fleet leasing and management company, today announced that they have been named a finalist in the 5th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, an international competition recognizing excellence in disciplines that are crucial to business success.
With an entry titled “Improving Customer Satisfaction and Productivity through Technology,” Donlen was able to cite specific examples where their existing and customized tools have significantly increased productivity for their customers. Due to the high average score they received during preliminary judging by a panel of independent judges, Donlen joins a select group of category finalists which includes Carnival Cruise Lines and AT&T.
Winners will be announced at a gala awards banquet on Monday, February 21, at the Eden Roc Renaissance Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida.
