Donlen has hired Bob Barna as vice president of strategic sales and Ian Crapper as managing director of global business development.

Barna will work closely with Donlen's sales territory managers to provide "proactive and ongoing strategic solutions" to fleets to streamline processes and suggest cost reductions. Previously, Barna spent four years with LeasePlan in business development in the western U.S.

Crapper takes over management of Donlen's global fleet program. He will manage global product to enhance services for existing customers, according to the company.

Crapper brings 20 years of business experience with Fortune 500 and other international companies. In his most recent role, he led sales and marketing efforts for LeasePlan Canada.
