Cyndy Evans Appointed to Director, Account Management for LeasePlan USA

ALPHARETTA, GA - In this role, Evans will be responsible for providing the guidance and coaching necessary to continue developing the account management team’s high-touch approach to customer service.

ALPHARETTA, GA – There are many different definitions of what it means to be a leader. To LeasePlan USA, it is someone who possesses the attributes to lead, guide and inspire while delivering on the company's brand promise of 'it's easier to leaseplan.' For this reason, LeasePlan is pleased to announce the appointment of Cyndy Evans, a proven leader, to director, account management.

In this role, Evans will be responsible for providing the guidance and coaching necessary to continue developing the account management team’s high-touch approach to customer service.  She will also be tasked with ensuring that her team meets and exceeds LeasePlan’s already record-high client satisfaction and loyalty scores by delivering the premium service that LeasePlan clients have come to expect.

Prior to joining LeasePlan, Evans served as director of client and customer services for AmeriFleet Transportation. In this position, she was responsible for the development of the account managers, client retention, client growth and new business. She was also in charge of the billing team during the billing automation development and implementation, which improved accuracy and timeliness. In addition, she led a project to automate driver surveys, further opening the lines of communication between her team and the client and their drivers.

Her 27-years of experience also include 23 years at FedEx managing various operations functions such as the development of the management team, ensuring productivity and meeting budgetary goals. While at FedEx, Evans was promoted and transferred numerous times to different locations that required her unique ability to guarantee quality operations. Her efforts repeatedly earned her the highest service level scores in the region.

Evans has also received several awards and recognition for her leadership and management expertise. She was named Top 1% Performance of Senior Management at FedEx, received the Fortune 100 Star Award for Outstanding Business and Leadership Performance, earned Top Multi-Level Leadership scores and received the Customer Passion Award for her commitment to the customers.
