We’re now accepting nominations for the 2025 Global Fleet Team of the Year Award, presented by Polestar and Automotive Fleet. This prestigious honor celebrates a commercial (non-public) fleet team whose work exemplifies the very best in international fleet strategy — from policy development and cost control to safety, sustainability, and technological innovation.

About the Award
Who’s eligible? Full-time fleet managers or teams managing multi-national, company-owned or leased vehicle fleets.
What does it recognize? Exceptional business acumen in developing and executing management strategies with measurable global impact.
Limit: Two nominations per company.

The winner will be announced live at the 2025 Fleet Forward Conference, taking place Oct. 21-23 in San Diego, California.
Past Winners
Last year’s winner was the fleet team at Schindler Elevator Corp. “The role of partnerships is huge… This is a relationship business,” said Gibran Lehmkuhl, procurement regional head North America, who was joined by Ted Chan, corporate fleet & travel manager, in accepting the award.
The winner in 2023, AstraZeneca, was honored for standout initiatives in sustainability, safety, cost containment, and global collaboration with its partners.
Previous recipients include 3M (2022) and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2021).
