WASHINGTON - Chrysler Group LLC is recalling 840 MY 2010 Dodge Ram D2, DJ and DS-body trucks because they may include certification or supplemental tire pressure information labels printed with incorrect weight or seating capacity information, NHTSA said.
The misinformation on these labels could lead to overloading, which poses a safety risk.
Owners will be provided with replacement certification or supplemental tire pressure information labels.
The recall (No. K27) begins this month. Truck owners can reach Chrysler at (800) 853-1403.
