For Suicide Prevention Month, we looked at why mental health deserves a place alongside more traditional fleet safety priorities. Long hours, isolation, demanding schedules, stress, and burnout can affect an employee’s focus, judgment, and decision-making. and those challenges don’t disappear when someone gets behind the wheel.
There’s also a significant change for Holman’s North American fleet operations. Holman has acquired full ownership of ARIZA, its 50/50 fleet management joint venture with Corporación Zapata in Mexico. The partnership dates back to 1995 and has supported multinational fleets operating in the country for more than 30 years.
ARIZA will now transition to the Holman brand, with its existing team, operations, and customer relationships joining Holman. For multinational fleets, the change is intended to provide a single point of contact and more consistent processes across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Fleet Forward Conference is also introducing more flexibility for 2026. For the first time, fleet professionals can purchase a one-day pass and choose the Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday agenda that best fits their priorities.

ChargePoint reported that charging sessions on its network increased 34% in 2025, compared with a 16% increase in vehicles on the road. Charger use also grew faster than the addition of new charging ports.
