The Chevrolet Equinox is now available for the first in the Middle East, and offers a starting MSRP start of $30,185.

The 2018 Equinox is available in three trim levels: LS, LT, and Premier. The LS and LT offer a standard FWD 1.5L Turbo DOHC, with the LT also offering an available AWD variant, according to the automaker. Meanwhile, the Premier trim offers a 2.0L Turbo DOHC, which boasts a GM-estimated 252 hp, 259 lb.-ft of torque, and is paired to GM’s all-new 9-speed automatic transmission

Safety features for the Premier trim include new forward collision alert with following distance indicator, low speed forward automatic braking, and rear cross traffic alert.

The 2018Equinox also offers Chevrolet’s connectivity technologies, including 7- and 8-inch MyLink infotainment systems designed to support Apple CarPlay and are Android Auto ready, according to General Motors
