Chevin Fleet Solutions, a fleet software provider, hired several new employees in March 2015, including Peter Ormsby as operations director.
Working primarily from Chevin’s head office in Belper, UK, Ormsby will be responsible for overseeing software development and implementation projects, and leading a number of key global developments.

Ormsby joined the company on March 7. He brings with him experience both as an IT Director and company founder, having most recently worked in the business of mobile verification and SMS distribution.

His experience and knowledge of IT and mobile technologies will support Chevin with the ongoing implementation of its fleet management software, including its enterprise level fleet management system, FleetWave, and smartphone and tablet-based mobile fleet software, FleetWave Mobile.
As part of the company's plan for global expansion, Chevin has also recruited Marco Bakker as a new project manager in its Belgian office, effective March 2.
