The CEI Group’s northeast regional manager Luann Dunkerley was elected to the board of directors of the National Private Truck Council (NPTC), and assumes the position after serving on the board of governors of the NPTC Institute, the organization’s continuing education and research arm, since 2012.
The National Private Truck Council is a trade association in the United States devoted exclusively to the interests of the private corporate trucking fleet industry and its professional practitioners, according to a release from CEI. NPTC represents a cross-section of American manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and public service organizations ranging in size from family-owned small businesses and town utility fleets to Fortune 500 global conglomerates.
Dunkerley joined CEI in 2008, after a long career with Ryder System, Inc. In her last position at Ryder, she was a market development manager based in Philadelphia, Penn., with responsibility for leasing and financing programs for targeted accounts in the Delaware Valley.
