Brad Bohnen was named major project manager for American Midwest Fleet Solutions - A Safe Fleet Company. He assumed this position in June 2021. Prior to this, Bohnen was Head of Fleet Management - North America for Ericsson Inc. in Overland Park, Kansas. He served in this position for almost 12 years.

   Earlier, Bohnen worked for 22 years with Sprint Nextel. His last position was manager, program management, which he held from 1995 – 2009. He started his career at Sprint Nextel as fleet manager, a position he held from 1987 – 1995, where he developed policies, standards and procedures designed to control overall transportation operations in the areas of procurement, disposal, maintenance, accident and licensing of fleet vehicles.

    Currently, Bohnen is a member of the Board of Directors for the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association and serves as the association’s treasurer. Other industry activities include being a past member of the Donlen Client Advisory Board and past chairman of the NAFA Mid-America Chapter.
