Ben and Jerry's Using Ice Cream-Dispensing Tesla
In an effort to promote climate awareness, Ben and Jerry’s has converted a Tesla into an ice cream vehicle. The campaign is also bringing along its converted B100 biodiesel truck.

In an effort to promote climate awareness, Ben and Jerry’s has converted a Tesla into an ice cream vehicle. The "Save Our Swirled" climate change tour is also bringing along its converted B-100 biodiesel truck.
The battery-electric sedan can fit enough ice cream for 1,500 samples, according to NECN. The Ben and Jerry’s Tesla will tour around the country from San Diego to Miami starting in April.
Other cities on the Save Our Swirled Tour include Los Angeles, Portland, Ore., Seattle, New York City, Minneapolis, Tampa, Fla., Hartford, Conn., and Boston. The campaign is spreading the word about carbon pollution and clean energy solutions.
The Vt.-based company is partnering with Avaaz on this campaign. The goal is to have three million signatures on their 100 percent Clean Power Petition before the Paris climate summit in December.
