Bell & Howell Releases Ford Fleet Electronic Parts Catalog System
Bell & Howell’s Publishing Services unit, an electronic catalog management company for original equipment automotive parts, announced the development of Ford Fleet EPC, a new electronics parts catalog (EPC) system for Ford Motor Co.'s commercial fleet customers. Bell & Howell Co. is an information solutions and services provider to industries worldwide. “With Bell & Howell's Ford Fleet EPC, Ford's commercial fleet customers can gain quick access to accurate up-to-date parts information on tens of thousands of original Ford parts needed to repair and service their vehicles," said Corey Roberts, vice president of product marketing and global accounts. Ford Fleet EPC provides quick and accurate parts look-up navigation. It offers search capability by part number, part name or simply by pointing and clicking on the part illustration.
