Bud Behling Leasing, also known as BBL Fleet, is a Pittsburgh, PA-based fleet management company (FMC). The FMC acquired Velcor Leasing Corporation of Madison through a Stock Purchase Agreement (SPA) on February 27, 2026. The merger brings together two fleet management companies with similar business approaches and services. Combined, BBL Fleet and Velcor represent more than a century of fleet management experience across North America. Velcor’s established Midwest presence expands BBL Fleet’s geographic reach, while BBL Fleet’s operational scale and ongoing technology investments support the company’s continued growth.
