Arval Names New Operating Office Leaders — Arval heads into summer 2022 after a strong first quarter.

Extending and expanding its operating office organization, global vehicle leasing and mobility solutions company Arval has appointed Stefano Berlengh Chief Operating Officer and Bertrand Gousset Global Operations Director.

Berlenghi joined Arval in 1999. Most recently he served as Arval Global Operations Director working in sales and marketing in Italy and Spain before becoming General Manager of Arval India. A member of the Arval executive committee, he reports to Alain van Groenendael, Arval chairman and CEO.

Formerly Arval France Operations Director, Gousset began his tenure with the company in 2018 as Deputy Director of Retail Activities. His previous experience incudes 30 years with BNP Paribas Group, where he was chief financial officer and international director with BMP Paribas Leasing Solutions. He also served in leadership positions with the Ile de France Nord business center.

“In their new roles, Stefano and Bertrand will support the company in its major transformation and help Arval stay one step ahead in meeting and even anticipating our customers’ needs with innovative products and services,” said Groenendael.
