ARI has been recognized as one of Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in North America for 2017. This is the second time the company has been named to the list that honors top employers that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces, the fleet management company announced.

In addition to being named to the list, ARI was chosen as one of the Achievers Elite 8 winners in the category of Culture. This award recognizes the eight companies that received the highest scores for each of the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement, the criteria used by Achievers to determine the Most Engaged Workplaces winners.

"We are incredibly honored to have been recognized two years in a row and we are thrilled that ARI has been chosen as an Elite 8 winner in the category of Culture," said Denise Wildish, senior vice president for global service excellence. "Our people are at the core of our success, and providing them with an environment where they are engaged and know the strategic role they play in our success is paramount to us."

Wildish continued, "At the end of the day, we rely on our employees to ensure our customers are happy and Raving Fans of ARI, and so we are committed to providing them with a workplace that supports their growth, provides opportunities for collaboration, and fosters open and transparent communication."

"Employee experience remains a top priority for employees in 2017," said David Brennan, Achievers general manager. "The impressive Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Award winners are using rewards and recognition to foster positive, productive workplaces. We're excited to learn from them and honor their accomplishments."

Applications for the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces Awards are anonymously reviewed by a panel of leaders within human resources and business. Winners are selected based on scores from Achievers' Eight Elements of Employee Engagement: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards and Recognition, Professional and Personal Growth, Accountability and Performance, Vision and Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The centerpiece of ARI's award winning culture is the Partners In Excellence program. Introduced in 1989, Partners in Excellence provides ARI's employees with guidance on the strategic direction of the company, while also supporting their contribution to the organization's performance and success through the measurement of key metrics. Through programs, events and our annual employee celebrations, it also provides them with the recognition and praise they deserve for a job well done.
