MT. LAUREL, N.J. - ARI, Automotive Resources International, a leading global provider of complex car and truck fleet services, announced its plans to participate in three sessions, demonstrate its latest fleet systems and spend quality time with the fleet community at the NAFA Institute & Expo scheduled for April 9 – 12 at the Charlotte Convention Center in North Carolina.
On Saturday, April 9, Tony Candeloro, ARI director, information technology, and Keith Steidle, ARI manager, business development, will moderate “The Mobilization of Fleet Management” with a panel of telematics providers. The session will show that the mobilization of fleet applications and data integration affords substantial productivity gains and how fleet managers can develop an ROI model to justify the expense of new technology that can gain upper management support.
“Congratulations, You’re the Global Fleet Manager! Now What?” will be moderated by Rob Hill, ARI director of global sales and consultation, on Monday, April 11, with a panel of global fleet managers. Attendees will learn how a comprehensive global fleet policy can support the organization’s strategic goals, how to identify and overcome obstacles to effective global fleet management, how to align disparate global fleets with a singular mission and how real-time global fleet reporting can help identify and more effectively drive down costs.
ARI President Carl Ortell will be a panelist for “Straight Talk from Leasing Executives” on Monday, April 11. Along with executives from various fleet management companies, Ortell will contribute to the discussions covering purchasing, funding and accounting, legislative changes, driver and vehicle safety, new technologies, and more, as well as answer questions from the audience.
On the expo floor, ARI will be manning booth #1101 with a team of North American and global fleet management professionals on hand with expertise in web-based and mobile fleet systems, garage management systems and analytical and predictive business intelligence. Again this year, ARI will participate in NAFA’s Silent Auction, with proceeds benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, by offering an Amazon Kindle portable e-book reader to the highest bidder.
