ALD Names New Leaders in Latin America

Global fleet management company ALD Automotive has named new leadership in three Latin American countries.

Kent Bjertrup has been named general manager of Mexico; Julien Bourdonnec has been appointed general manager of Chile; and Marie-Stéphanie Le Ber is now general manager of ALD in Peru.
In his new position, Bjertrup will continue in his role as ALD Latin America regional director. He joined ALD in 1998 and went on to serve in management roles in Europe, including Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and France. He served as North East European regional director, headquartered in Russia. Bjertrup holds a degree in Business Administration, International Management and Economics from the Copenhagen Business School.

In Chile, Bourdonnec replaces Antonio Cruz Cabeza, who has been named subdirector general – Area Comercial y de Marketing in Spain. Bourdonnec’s career includes positions with Deloitte and Societe General. Appointed regional CFO for ALD’s Nordics region in 2012, he then became general manager of ALD Peru. He earned a master’s degree in finance and strategy from the Institut d’Études Politiques and is a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder.

Le Ber replaces Julien Bourdonnec as general manager for ALD Peru. She holds degree in finance from the ESSEC Business School in Paris. Beginning her career at Calyon (Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank) as analyst in Paris and Latin America, she joined Societe Generale’s General Inspection unit in 2010 and was appointed Chief of Staff to the CEO at ALD Automotive in 2018.
