Agility Fleet, a top 50 independent leasing provider in the UK, has rolled out Jaama’s Key2 asset management system to modernize its systems.
According to the company, Key2 can now manage and integrate all elements of its fleet business, from asset and contract management to lease quotations and finance.
The implementation of the Jaama cloud-based system, which replaces an aging legacy system, began in 2021 and recently went live following a six-figure investment.
Key2 has allowed Agility Fleet to manage its car and van contract hire and short-term leasing proposition, particularly as it began to grow its presence in its leasing broker partner programm.
Sean Dalton, head of direct sales, and rental said:
“Following the launch of Jaama’s Key2 product, we can now run vehicle quotes in seconds, which gives customers more choice and better information. It enables them to make more informed fleet management decisions.
“We can enable customers to manage their own fleets in our systems more efficiently with Key2. The fact that the software is linked to one link also makes our lives much easier, reducing administration time and improving operational efficiencies. The project consultant and general day-to-day support throughout the implementation has been excellent.”
